Prior to Pathway, Amy served as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Self Esteem Brands over their family of brands, including Anytime Fitness. During Amy’s progressive 20+ year career in marketing, she has served in a variety of senior marketing roles including Best Buy and General Mills.
She has been recognized as one of Advertising Age’s “Women to Watch” in 2016, Brand Innovators “40 under 40,” and Top Rank’s “50 Influential Women in Digital.”
Amy received her MBA from the University of Minnesota, her BA in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa, and is a 2009/2010 University of Minnesota Humphrey Institute Policy Fellow.
Amy says her talent lies in thoughtful marketing analysis fueled by data to arrive at the best choices for the business, then pursuing that clear vision with the team to deliver value to the customer and organization.
She is a builder at heart, with a passion for learning about, knowing, and understanding people.
Outside of the office, Amy is a wife, mother to three children, and a Red Fox Lab named “Rusty.” She’s a lover of wine, fitness, the Green Bay Packers, and all things Italian.
