Service with Safety Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

We recognize that the global spread of COVID-19 is impacting all of our lives. At Pathway, we remain committed to our mission. It is an honor and privilege to care for pets while serving our pet families. We must do all of this while balancing the safety of our clients and employees.

At our support office, we have instituted a work from home policy, for our team members whose roles can be carried on remotely, in an effort to follow social distancing recommendations. As for our practices, we are instituting a wider array of steps to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Those steps include increasing cleanliness and sanitation protocols, offering alternative services options, such as drop-off and pick-up of pets, and updating our health and safety guidelines. They may also include adjusting our hours of operations and forming “A” and “B” shifts.

These guidelines are based on guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Veterinary Medical Association. We believe by taking these steps, we will help slow the spread of COVID-19. All of our locations will remain open, until further notice, to continue to serve our pets in need.

Caring for our team members, our clients, and our pets is the cornerstone of our culture. We hope by working together, we can all do our part to help each other and our pets stay healthy.
