Dr. Griffin joined Pathway in 2016 as chief support officer. His extensive expertise in emergency veterinary medicine and impressive approach to growing practice revenue through process, systems and team development makes him an essential part of the team.
After earning his VMD from the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School, Dr. Griffin completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery and participated in a radiology residency. After leaving Penn, Dr. Griffin started an emergency and advanced imaging service at a multi-site general practice in Delaware before purchasing a practice in New Jersey which he grew into a successful 24-hour regional emergency and specialty center by focusing on staff, culture, and systems, and the development of a strong leadership team.
Dr. Griffin’s achievements have provided him with the knowledge and experience to develop a clinical operations structure that has served as a key driver for Pathway’s exponential growth. His balanced focus on efficient and consistent systems and the needs of the patient, the individual, and the team provides support for high-quality medicine and has been an influential factor for Pathway’s positive impact on the veterinary industry.
Dr. Griffin currently holds board memberships on the American Veterinary Medical Association and Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society.
