Dr. Clark joined Pathway in 2018 as chief learning officer. She has crafted a career dedicated to the constant improvement of veterinary operations and has created opportunities for veterinary teams' personal and professional growth.

After graduating from Oklahoma State University with her DVM, Dr. Clark first managed 22 general and specialty hospitals as regional operations director and later served as vice president of professional relations and knowledge development at VCA. She was responsible for creating their award-winning corporate education program, which helped train over 22,000 veterinary learners.

Additionally, Dr. Clark is the founder and CEO of IGNITE Veterinary Solutions, a social learning platform connecting over 6,000 veterinary professionals to experts and their peers to share best practices and learn from each other.

Dr. Clark currently chairs the Western University College of Veterinary Medicine Dean’s Advisory Board as well as the AAHA Leadership Identification and Nominating Committee and sits on the board of the Veterinary Innovation Council Awards.

As CLO, Dr. Clark is focused on Pathway’s commitment to professional development and training of its people. Working with an already successful group of individuals, Dr. Clark seeks to push Pathway’s talent to not just do the right thing but make something wonderful.

Her passion for animals is without limits. In her free time, Dr. Clark shows quarter horses and enjoys spending time with her five dogs, four horses, two cats and two goats.
