Goal setting and prioritization
We discretely begin our process with an initial conversation that identifies your priorities. This is followed by a review of your practice financials and goals for the future. Together we identify what is most important to you, and how best to reach your goals given your timing requirements.
Due diligence and contract
Once we understand your key objectives, we clearly outline specific sale terms in a letter of intent. After outlining a 180-day plan for the post-closing transition, our legal team will draft a contract based on the letter of intent.
We work hard to ensure the transition period is as smooth as possible so you and your staff can look forward to your practice’s next step.

Dr. Raymond Bouloy, Owner and Medical Director- -
Pathway Vet Alliance has allowed me to focus on the practice of veterinary medicine and not worry about the business side of practice. I see patients on a full-time basis, and I don't have the extra time in the day to keep up with the demands of effectively managing a busy practice. Health care laws, human resources, tax laws, advertising, internet technology, etc., have complicated running a practice, and I can't stay current in these important areas as a small business owner. Pathway has streamlined these important areas in my clinic and allowed me to have more time to spend with my family.
Nikki LaCour- -
Pathway Vet Alliance has given me the support I need to be a better practice manager. I am able to focus my energy on things in the clinic that need my attention every day, without neglecting any aspect of my job. Their support helps me work on the business efficiently, removing the need to spend extra hours at the clinic and allowing me to enjoy my free time with family and friends.
